We do not offer refunds, as noted in our Terms and Conditions (please see section titled: 5.3 Cancellation; Refunds).

You can cancel your account at anytime inside the Proof app.

If you feel that you are in a unique situation please provide us the following information and we will gladly take a look at your situation:

  1. The email address associated with your Proof account
  2. A thorough explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  3. Did you forget to cancel your account?
  4. Did you try cancelling your account previously? If yes, please provide the date and time of your cancellation request.
