Can I have a refund?


Here at Proof, we want to help our customers with everything they could possibly need. We get it, sometimes times change and you will need a refund. Our refund policy is as follows.

  • If you are on a monthly plan for Experiences: A refund will be issued only when the refund is requested within 72 hours of the last payment made.
  • If you are on an annual plan for Experiences: A refund will be issued only when the refund is requested within one week of the last payment made.
