Can I pause my account?

Pausing your account and pausing your campaigns is a simple process within your Experiences app. First, let's make sure we know what we want to do.

Question 1: Do you want to just pause your Campaign so that the edits you've made will stop running for a little while?

Send your Campaigns into Draft

You can always PAUSE your Campaigns by unpublishing and sending them back into a draft Campaign. For more information on Unpublishing your campaign, follow this link: How to Unpublish Campaigns. This will pause those campaigns and all the edits you've done inside of them from displaying on your site. However, you will still be charged your monthly fee for using Experiences.


Question 2: Do you want to completely pause your account and your use of the Experiences app?
