If you have two or more campaigns with the same Display on-site urls, then your notifications will not work properly. We're not able to have multiple campaigns displaying on the same single page.
In the case where you do have two campaigns set with the same Display url, only the 1st campaign created will display.
How to fix this issue
Please check to make sure that all the campaigns are set to display on separate URLs. Remove any URLs that appear in the Display section of multiple campaigns.
Keep in mind that you can activate multiple notification types in 1 campaign. This is the only way to display multiple notification types on the same webpages.
You can display individual campaigns on multiple URLs. Just make sure that there is no URL overlap with another campaign.
