In order to capture email submissions, your capture urls MUST have an email input field and the pixel installed. The email field is a text box on your webpage where users can enter their email address. This allows Proof to watch for new email submissions and display them as notifications.

How to check your webpages for email input fields?

Please visit each of the urls entered on the Capture Data step in the campaign builder.

What if my capture urls do not have an email input field?

If you'd like to capture email submissions, then you'll need to find urls with an email form field and add them to the Capture Data step of your campaign. Once you've done this, then you'll want to submit a test email and then see if the notifications start displaying.

Do capture urls always require an email input field?

If you're not using Recent Activity or Hot Streaks (conversions) notifications then your capture urls will not need an email input field.
