Refund Policy

Currently our refund policy is as follows:

If you have a monthly subscription: You have 72 hours from the time your payment was processed to receive a full refund if you reach out in that allotted time period. If not, we will not issue you a refund.

If you have an annual subscription: You have 1 week from the time your payment was processed to receive a full refund, if you reach out in that allotted time period. If not, we will not issue a refund.

You can cancel your account at anytime by reaching out to customer support or emailing [email protected] directly.

If you feel that you are in a unique situation please provide us the following information and we will gladly take a look at your situation:

  1. The email address associated with your Proof account
  2. A thorough explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
