Why is my notification not displaying?

Having trouble figuring out why your notifications are not displaying? There could be a few reasons why! If you click below you will be able to see suggestions of why your notification is not displaying currently. Not to worry, this is usually a pretty easy fix.

  1. Confirm pixel is actually installed
  2. View pages in a Private browser
  3. Check Display Rules
  4. Remove redirect urls
  5. Turn off Ad Blockers
  6. Duplicate Display urls?
  7. Confirm only 1 pixel is installed
  8. Are you running an A/B Test?
  9. Clicked the "X" icon on your notifications?
