Customize Pulse

You can customize the appearance of individual notification types and/or make customizations that affect all notifications within your campaign.

Customize individual notifications

Step 1 – Edit a campaign

Login to your Proof account > Go to Campaigns > Create a new campaign OR edit an existing one.

Step 2 – Select notification type + Click customize

1. Go to the first step named "Type" 
2. Select a notification type
3. Click the "Customize" button and a window pane will slide open.
4. You will see multiple customization options for each notification type

Customize entire campaign

Step 1 – Edit a campaign

Login to your Proof account > Go to Campaigns > Create a new campaign OR edit an existing one. 

Step 2 – Select notification type + Click customize

1. Go to the fourth step named "Customize" 
2. You will see options for changing appearance, timing, and language. These customizations will be applied to all notifications within the campaign.
